Kourtney & Connor Brinkley Wedding | McGranahan Barn, Yukon, OK | Michelle Valantine Photography | Oklahoma City, OK Wedding Photographer

Kourtney and Connor’s first date included dinner at Fuzzy’s and a friendly game of golf…when Kourtney “blew him away.”  She said, “I grew up playing golf with my dad, and he always told me to bring my A-game, so I did!”  Connor was undeterred, and being the romantic that he is, one night led her “on a wild goose chase,” which ended at the neighborhood pool where they first met...and surprised her by asking her to marry him…and arranged to have both families in town to celebrate afterwards!

This delightful couple chose to be married on May 4, 2019, at the rustic and picturesque McGranahan Barn in Yukon, OK. After several rainy days, the sun finally peaked out, allowing us to take advantage of the beautiful landscape for pictures of the wedding party.  Kourtney was breathtaking in her A-line, lace, princess V-neck, wedding gown with a court train from Pomp & Pagentry.  Her six bridesmaids’ dresses were plum purple gowns and carried similar bouquets to the bride’s artfully arranged white roses, hydrangeas, and eucalyptus greens, from Uptown Grocery.  Kourtney’s pragmatic, and artfully playful side showed through with her decision to wear glitter-studded Keds for the wedding.  Smart girl!  Connor’s grey suit with purple tie, along with his groomsmen, came from Perry Ellis, and added the finishing touch to the stylish entourage.

After the exchange of vows, guests were invited to a reception buffet, provided by Abuello’s Catering.  It was a shame to cut the wedding cake, a spectacular, three-tier creation depicting a purple geode (Kourtney’s favorite color and favorite rock) created by Tiffany’s Cake Atelier.  Connor’s Rice Crispy Bar groom’s cake was also a hit!  Guests danced the night away to dueling piano music and song, provided by OKC Entertainment and Events, culminating in a sparkler exit as the couple left in a limousine from Integrity Limo.  The next day, this fun-loving married couple were headed to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for their honeymoon.  We wish them a fond farewell, the best of luck, and a lifetime of happiness!

Her six bridesmaids’ dresses were plum purple gowns and carried similar bouquets to the bride’s artfully arranged white roses, hydrangeas, and eucalyptus greens, from Uptown Florists. Connor’s homemade groom’s cake made of rice crispy bars was also a hit! Her six bridesmaids’ dresses were plum purple gowns and carried similar bouquets to the bride’s artfully arranged white roses, hydrangeas, and eucalyptus greens, from Uptown Florists. Connor’s homemade groom’s cake made of rice crispy bars was also a hit! Her six bridesmaids’ dresses were plum purple gowns and carried similar bouquets to the bride’s artfully arranged white roses, hydrangeas, and eucalyptus greens, from Uptown Florists. Connor’s homemade groom’s cake made of rice crispy bars was also a hit! Her six bridesmaids’ dresses were plum purple gowns and carried similar bouquets to the bride’s artfully arranged white roses, hydrangeas, and eucalyptus greens, from Uptown Florists. Connor’s homemade groom’s cake made of rice crispy bars was also a hit!
